During my stay at the Art Nouveau Palace, I was impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me locate a lost earring, but the in-room ironing facilities were a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes after a day of exploring. The room's heating and air conditioning ensured maximum comfort, while the convenient tea and coffee facilities made me feel right at home. Additionally, the spacious sitting area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing, making me appreciate the hotel's thoughtfulness even more. I can confidently say that the Art Nouveau Palace exceeded all my expectations, offering a truly exceptional experience in the heart of Prague's Old Town.
